clean room comfortable bed pleasant reception
the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the view from the window over the valley was great (i especially liked the sunrise). i found the guy on reception to be very pleasant and helpful.
the evening meal had a limited choice.

Excellent Gluten-Free Options and Helpful Staff
gluten-free buffet clean room helpful staff ski locker
I found that almost all of the buffet options were gluten-free. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful, especially in the restaurant, this I appreciated. I liked the ski lockers plus shuttle to the telecabina.
I did not like that there was not a clear way to know the spa comes with a supplement per person.

The parking area are well lit and provide ample space for vehicles. An Irish bar is on the premises and provides a good atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. I saw that the spa seem well-kept.

The hotel is situated a short distance from a town center, about five minutes away. There is good parking available. The shuttle service ran frequently to the gondola making access easy.

There was an extensive variety of food for breakfast. The restaurant provide fresh food selections. The staff was friendly and helpful with all the request. I liked the ability to book everything from the lodging.
