unresponsive remote loud air conditioning
i thought a few things could be better. the tv remote DIDN'T work, annoying. also, the ac was REALLY loud. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. i told someone about the remote, but nothing changed.

the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the beachfront location offered fine views and easy beach access. i really enjoyed the food, especially the varied breakfast, though the rooftop japanese restaurant stood out as a highlight. the cleanliness was also notable.
