friendly staff delicious food high quality uncomfortable bed cigarette burn
the staff was very attentive. i really enjoyed the two restaurants. the food was really good, fresh, high quality, delicious and fairly priced! the swimming pool was big enough for swimming. the beach and sea were just next to the hotel.
i expected everything to be pristine. the bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa had a cigarette burn hole in it.

some issues justify a middling rating

unresponsive remote loud air conditioning
i thought a few things could be better. the tv remote DIDN'T work, annoying. also, the ac was REALLY loud. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. i told someone about the remote, but nothing changed.

varied breakfast excellent service
the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the beachfront location offered fine views and easy beach access. i really enjoyed the food, especially the varied breakfast, though the rooftop japanese restaurant stood out as a highlight. the cleanliness was also notable.

The room was lovely with a sea view. The food was amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was good. Spa treatments were fabulous. The service was really good. The staff was the best.
