The hotel was magical. Staff members were professional and personable. Roberta and Federica at reception were helpful. Our room was large with fine views. Breakfast was gourmet and personalized, it was AMAZING!!!

Access to the hotel requires either a car or two funicular rides and a walk on stones and stairs.

the view was absolutly fantastic, it had the best view, over the city. breakfast at the teracce, it was just perfect to start my day. the staff really are nice and kind. the design of the room are special and it makes it feel luxurious.

access to the hotel, it were a bit tricky. i had to climbed some stairs with my bags and noone helps me. it was a little difficult with luggage.
