heavenly stay
fine view comfortable beds central location
the location charmed me it is in the very center near all attractions and shops recently renovated immaculate rooms pleased me the balcony had a fine view overlooking the duomo cathedral beds were so comfortable i found a chocolate on my pillow in a beautiful box at night.
lifts were somewhat confusing as they do not all go to the same floors.

branded umbrellas were available i found them useful in the rainy weather the hotel offers quick response to any request strong lights exist in the breakfast room overlooking the famous galleria vittorio emanuele shopping centre.

the location is amazing in the center of the city i found it close to all the sights and shopping a metro station is right at the hotel it makes travel very convenient the hotel is near piazza del duomo.

central location branded umbrellas expensive hotel wet towels
the location was central. it made accessing attractions easy. i liked the strong, branded umbrellas. these were useful during some rainy weather.
the hotel seemed expensive for what it offered. i noticed wet towels were left after the room was cleaned before my arrival? this was surprising.
