the hot water situation was comical. it was barely lukewarm, i swear. i mentioned it to the staff multiple times, but apparently, lukewarm is the new hot there. also, the prices in the laundry and minibar.. seriously inflated compared to what things actually cost around here. i reminded me of i was being gently robbed.

The room was a spacious suite. it had a very comfortable bed, a big plus after my travels. breakfast was great. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection!!! there was lots of variety.

lacking hot wateroverattentive staff

The hot water situation was less than thrilling. I'm not sure they even understand the concept of hot water. the staff acted as if lugging my own bag to my room was a personal insult. They practically fought over who got to carry my tiny backpack, presumably all for a tip I wasn't planning on giving.
