The staff's training seemed inadequate, often leading to conflicting information. i was initially informed that breakfast was included. i found out later it was not and was nearly charged (the charge was eventually removed). the wait times for transportation were also inconsistent. I was told drivers were nearby, but i often waited longer than expected.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival they ensured my check-in was smooth the room included a rainfall shower that was very refreshing chance made coffees for me every morning i miss the lattes already now my trip has ended

i requested a deep clean of my room but it was not cleaned to my satisfaction i was assured all food would be removed from the room and the floor would be vacuumed however the welcome drink was left out that was frustrating upon check in i was told breakfast came with my stay later i was informed breakfast was not included
