the staff exhibited amazing professionalism. the valet parking service proved convenient (i didn't have to worry about finding a spot).
The bathroom layout presented some challenges. one must step into the shower to reach the toilet, an odd design choice. Spaces are a ten-minute walk away, and this was not clearly communicated.

obstructed view locked minibar
The room supposedly had a park view, but all i saw was a brick wall. it was rather disappointing. the minibar was locked with a code, really? I didn't know hotels still did that. this made grabbing a quick drink unnecessarily complicated. the elevator also acted up. It required multiple card swipes before going to the correct floor. wifi was terribly slow TOO.
