weak wi-fimisleading location

The room temperature wasn't consistent, it kept fluctuating. The Wi-Fi signal was really weak. It made it hard to stream anything or even browse properly. I also found out that because of a small hill nearby, spotting the Northern Lights from the hotel is actually more difficult than advertised. It felt quite misleading.

charmed by the igloo experience

huge windowscute staffdoor handle

The igloo was well-equipped. It included all kitchenware needed for simple meals. the windows were huge. I was lucky to get cloudless skies. staff was cute, always ready to help! i even broke one of the glass plates in the microwave and they were very understanding.

the door handle in my room wasn't working properly. this had been flagged the day before. i got locked into my room which is a huge safety risk!

the reception staff was very helpful! they assisted us with local activities and explained everything in detail upon our arrival, this included guidance on exploring the nearby national park.

the igloo included a glass roof. this offered views of the sky from the main beds! the bathroom was quite big, especially compared to the main room. the main room was adequately sized for a family.

the hotel offered a comfortable outdoor cottage, this included wood and grilling tools. a supermarket is located nearby. this makes it easy to get groceries for meals, which we prepared in our igloo.

The room was spacious. it included a fully equipped kitchen. the igloo window let us see the sky at night. This was a highlight for us.

the door handle in our room wasn't working properly. i believe management knew the door had the potential to not open. the wifi was also quite bad.
