helpful staff clean room bed lamp uncozy hotel

i found the staff super helpful i was given a first aid kit and medicine immediately the hotel prepared a breakfast pack for my early check out. the room was big and very clean

the lamp over the bed made reading difficult the hotel felt not very cozy to relax in downstairs

faulty heating immovable window

the room was too hot. the heating was blasting away and i couldn't adjust it. also, opening the window, forget about it, it wouldn't budge. i was practically sweating in my sleep, not exactly the arctic experience i was after.

arranging tours through the hotel proved simple. staff helped me at every opportunity. my room included a sauna in the bathroom, a pleasant surprise. i found that the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. the breakfast was delicious with tasty food each morning.

underfloor heating helpful receptionist clean hotel

the room included underfloor heating (it really made a difference!) and a tv with many channels. i found vira, the receptionist, very helpful . the hotel was very clean and well kept.

i noticed the lamp over the bed wasn't ideal for reading.
