inadequate air conditioningfrequent service requests

i found the air conditioning completely inadequate. even though i repeatedly indicated i did not require service, i was still frequently asked. i specifically requested maintenance to inspect the air conditioning yet this did not improve the situation. the room rate felt unjustified given these issues. the inconvenience really detracted from the stay.

The room upgrade to a sea view was a welcome surprise. I found the room size to be adequate, and I appreciated the bathroom facilities. It was wonderful to wake up to a beautiful sunrise visible directly from the room each morning. I really enjoyed my stay overall, I appreciate the kindness.

I encountered an issue with the air conditioning, it was not working to my liking.
