perfect location clean hotel free minibar final invoice security deposit strange hold

the location was perfect, very easy to get around. the hotel was beautiful, very clean. fancy facilities were available in the room plus a free minibar. it was restocked daily.

the hotel overcharged me by €1000 on the final invoice!! they asked for a security deposit at check in. i thought it was strange but then i was told it's just on hold. i realized it was debited and included to the final invoice.

The location was excellent and the rooms had a lot of space, so I wasn't cramped.

The hotel overcharged my invoice by a thousand euros. They asked for a security deposit at check in, but it was included on the final invoice. I have written to the hotel and gotten no response from them.

Really good stay, attention to detail

helpful staff excellent concierge free drinks

The on-site restaurant was quite good. Room service arrived quickly, everything tasted wonderful (i really enjoyed the club sandwich!). The concierge staff were all very helpful. Free drinks in the room upon arrival were a nice welcome.

The location on the Croisette was great. It made getting around simple. My room was very comfy and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My room overlooked a car park instead of the city view. I noticed ongoing building works that interrupted the stay. The pool was only for penthouse suite guests.
