unwelcoming staff excessive markup
The restaurant staff were unwelcoming and disinterested, a contrast to other places in Portugal. Dinner at the restaurant was disappointing and overpriced! the wine prices were excessively marked up compared to other hotels and restaurants we visited during our trip.
