A Charmed Experience Here

helpful staff friendly staff free parking central location

I found the staff helpful and friendly in all areas. I was so charmed to have coffee brought to my table at breakfast each morning. The parking was free and secure which gave me piece of mind. The location was great being a short walk to the center.

The gym was a little bit smaller than I expected, but all equipment works fine.

Reception operates around the clock, a very big plus. I saw the staff handle requests promptly. They also offered directions to local attractions, which I find very helpful.

A lovely stay

I found the staff quite cute. The suite WAS big, nice and clean, so I liked it a lot. The bed was large and comfortable, and I really liked the selection of pillows and cushions provided. I also had lots of cupboard space for clothing.

The location was good! though i noticed a few cobwebs in a high corner of the room.

The continental breakfast selection included tasty options, like fresh pastries and fruit. The dining room featured a light and airy atmosphere, and i think the breakfast was perfect. The service was always prompt.

The train station is within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Bicycle paths are accessible directly from the hotel and the city center is very accessible. I think this is a great bonus.

The hotel offers bicycle rentals for exploring the surrounding areas. There is a smart TV with sky channels in every room, i believe this is very important. The hotel also provided internal parking.

The reception staff were very cute and efficient with guests. The breakfast dining room staff was also very kind and helpful. I found them always smiling, which makes a HUGE difference.

the vibe here felt so good and the staff were friendly. i really like how water is stocked daily in the fridge if you want it. breakfast offered a great selection. i found the location convenient.

the apartment spread over two floors felt a little bit basic.
