A taxi from the hotel to Rho Fiera takes approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can take Metro M5 to Lotto Fiera Milano City, transfer to the red line, and continue to Rho Fiera, which would take around 1 hour. A taxi to Sesto Rondò directly to Rho Fiera is also an option.
