unusual odorworn towels

I must point out two concerns I had. An unusual odor pervaded the room. This dissipated only after activating the air conditioning. I noted that the swimming pool towels was worn. This raised questions regarding the cleanliness of the pool water. It is a matter of importance.

the staff WAS helpful and courteous.

Our room was not very clean, ESPECIALLY the toilet. there was also a strange smell when i first checked in. I had to ask housekeeping to reclean it. i think the hotel needs to pay more attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance.
