The wifi signal was quite weak in my room. I found it difficult to stream videos or conduct video calls. The limited hot food options at breakfast also disappointed me. There was little variety besides the standard scrambled eggs.

i found the breakfast to be quite good. there were traditional costa rican food options available along with continental choices. the free parking garage was also convenient. the staff were friendly, this was a plus.

there was no complimentary water in the rooms, that was unexpected. putting toilet paper in a bin next to the toilet felt outdated. i noticed the absence of english channels on the tv, that was a letdown.

The city view from my room was amazing. I loved the Smart TV with Netflix. It was cozy for a night in. The breakfast offered many delicious choices, ensuring a good start to each day. The secured parking gave me immense peace of mind .

The staff did not explain how to use the hotel benefits, it was necessary to ask at checkout.
