dated decor slow service

The location is great close to gardens and the city center.

The hotel feels dated and could use a refresh the decor seems old. The service in the lounge was slow and inattentive my drink order was delayed over 20 minutes. The front desk staff did not acknowledge my special occasion.

complimentary champagne comfortable bed excellent location

i received a complimentary champagne for our anniversary celebration. the king bed was so lovely to sleep on. the location was excellent and it was accessible to all parts of the area.

the wi-fi was a little slow.
