Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
limited parking dated bathroom
The room felt dated. The bathroom fixtures require updating. I found parking quite limited. Spaces are not adequate for larger vehicles. There were no electric car charging points available. This is an unexpected oversight for a hotel of this class.

historic building pleasant bar soft bed rare parking
the building has charm and history. the courtyard bar was pleasant. the bed felt soft. parking seemed like a rare treat in this town.
the hair conditioner dispenser released more water than conditioner.

the location is central. i could walk to many restaurants. the hotel is located near the bay front, providing easy access to waterfront attractions and activities. the area felt safe.

the female morning member of staff was good at her job. on arrival, a male staff member tried to assist. the male member was unfortunately overruled by a female member of the reception team.
