Excellent Hotel Experience
clean room landscaped grounds relaxing hydrotherapy
I found my room, a Beautiful Double Room, was clean and well kept. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped. I took many photos. The on-site spa provided a relaxing hydrotherapy circuit and a skilled massage therapist alleviated travel tension.
The taxi service to and from the city center was unreliable. I waited almost an hour for a taxi one evening.

The on-site restaurant, Filigrana, offered AMAZING dishes. I especially enjoyed the Galician seafood stew. The breakfast buffet had various options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and local cheeses.

i appreciated the hotel's location slightly outside the city center (i needed some rest). the on-site restaurant offered tasty galician cuisine. i also found the streams and aqueducts on the premises very relaxing. the staff ensured a warm and efficient check-in for all guests.

immaculate decor fabulous details best service delicious breakfast
i loved the immaculate decor and fabulous details, a true feast for the senses! the staff were very nice, i experienced the best customer service. also, the breakfast was delicious and fresh.
The underfloor heating was supposedly available but it wasn't turned on in my room. I found this disappointing.

the outdoor areas are nice and include a river. a walk nearby is pleasant. robes and sleepers were provided to use in the spa. the floatarium had dead sea salts. it felt very relaxing!

robust wifi friendly staff stone walls unclean bathroom dark hair broken lightbulb
The hotel provided a robust wifi signal. i used it to work from my room. the staff at check-in was friendly and efficient. i liked the thick stone walls in my room. They gave good insulation.
my bathroom was not clean upon arrival. there was many long dark hair in the bathtub. also the lightbulb in the bathroom needed replacement.

The room was spacious! it was a beautiful double room! the grounds around the hotel are green and gorgeous. the hotel smells amazing. I appreciated this detail! breakfast was comprehensive.

stone walls beautiful bathroom massive beds
my spa classic double room had stone walls and a beautiful bathroom. two massive beds were available. our bags were already in the room upon arrival. i treated myself to a hydrotherapy suite for one hour, a flotation pool for thirty minutes, and a massage for thirty minutes.
the underfloor heating in my room was not turned on.
