amazing snorkeling and lovely staff

i really enjoyed the superb food and excellent fine dining. the breakfast and lunch options were great, with lots of variety. i also loved the staff who were cute and always checked in on me to see how my day was going. these kind gestures go a long way, especially when you're traveling solo.

The filtered water tasted bad. I didn't drink it.

fantastic choicewell-organized operationexcellent snorkeling

The food choices were fantastic with meals from both restaurants. I especially enjoyed the Japanese restaurant, with chefs cooking in front of us. The dive operation was well-organized, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly. The snorkeling was some of the best I have ever experienced, right off the beach.

The minibar prices were slightly high though it was stocked daily.

i loved the three pools, a perfect way to cool off after a day in the sun. the food in both restaurants was really good, i mean, the japanese one was especially amazing! (i'm a big sushi fan).

sometimes, getting bottled water took longer than i expected.

the snorkeling right off the beach was fantastic. i found crystal clear water and enjoyed the free use of snorkeling gear (they also had kayaks!).

The filtered water tasted slightly off. I preferred bottled water .

underwhelming stay despite some positives.

bathroom stainsbroken blinds

The food prices did not match the quality. I found the food inconsistent. the pasta bolognese was just pasta with tomato sauce, and the beetroot salad lacked its listed ingredients. also, the bathroom basin was cracked, and the blinds were broken. the cleaning felt rushed, with urine stains on the tiles.
