friendly staffnice touch

The staff was friendly and quite helpful. the complimentary umbrellas were a very nice touch since the weather was a bit rainy. the hotel provided sparkling water and still water. It was definitely appreciated.

the BREAKFAST was tasty , and i especially enjoyed the onsite options. The staff was friendly and helpful , ensuring i had everything i needed. The hotel is close to several metro stations , and this made traveling around quite easy.

the Petit dej really wasn't very copious , and it had very little choice.

The hotel was super clean and had a cute vibe. its location allowed easy access to many tourist spots and a variety of restaurants plus cafés nearby. the staff was really kind. They even received my delayed luggage and placed it in my room. checking in and out was straightforward, offering both online and in-person payment options (which i liked).

i noticed some minor wear and tear on the bathroom fittings.

the location was awesome. it was quiet and close to the metro (the subway system is so convenient here!). the room felt really comfortable to me. also, the bathroom was modern.

the staff at breakfast was really not the best. the breakfast itself wasn't plentiful at all and it had very few choices. that's really too bad. (i love a good breakfast).
