the variety of food was fantastic, with so many delicious options available. the room size was perfect, and i especially loved the spacious terrace! everything felt luxurious and comfortable.
the cleanliness in the room upon arrival was really not good. i had to wipe the entire floor with a towel, and it turned dark brown with hair and dust! also, i wiped all surfaces, and there were still prints and dirt from the previous guest. the cleaning was a zero!

the staff showed such dedication. the kids club was wonderfully organized with diverse activities for children. bel. her kindness made a difference.
sometimes waiting for orders at the main restaurant required patience.

i found the gym and indoor pool very good. the facility overall is nice. the food choice was good. i also appreciated the spacious and clean room i was in.

supportive staff clean rooms genuine concern
the staff was supportive when my daughter had an accident they made sure she felt pampered and comforted throughout our stay the general manager welcomed us back from the hospital offering sympathy special thanks to the guest relations team for their constant support the rooms were impeccably clean.
i had to wait longer than expected when ordering at the main restaurant
