i liked the onsen a lot, it were very good. the ramen in the evening were tasty! the laundry worked excellent, if there were instructions in english it would have been great.

the staff did not talk to us . when we wanted to do laundry, nobody explained how to use their facilities. instead of helping us, they laughed in our faces, it were unpleasant.

i really liked the free ramen offered each night. the onsen was super clean and relaxing. i got softer pillows when i asked at reception. breakfast amazed me with its fresh seafood.

the room i booked was a bit too small for the price. the air conditioning was super strong in the halls, i felt cold. also, the check-in process took so long because of the automated systems.

I found the location excellent, a short distance from many attractions. the hotel provided special clothing suitable for the hot baths located on the top floor. beautiful extras included free ice cream. It was such a sweet treat (i loved it). i also enjoyed the traditional japanese feel with tatami mats combined with modern comforts.

the windows seemed thin and i could hear the crosswalk beeping outside.

the front desk had larger robes and tattoo coverings available. i also appreciated the clear instructions in english for using the shoe lockers. laundry services were easy to use, and washing was free.

the onsen was a highlight.. it was so beautifully maintained. our room was surprisingly spacious and had a warm, traditional design. the hotel provided japanese-style pyjamas, and i wore them throughout the hotel! i thought it was a very nice touch.

i had some issues with communication, as i didn't receive a welcome email. the only communication i got was a phone call the morning after my stay telling me to leave shortly after checkout time.

I loved the free ice cream at the onsen. It was a good treat. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me. Everything felt so fresh and well-kept. i found the staff very helpful and nice. They enhanced my experience. i especially appreciated the onsen opening almost 24 hours. I could relax whenever i wished.
