infinity poolwarm welcome

The infinity pools offer a amazing view. The warm welcome included a lovely birthday song and cake. the professional service from joseph, the waiter, impressed me greatly. the staff stored our luggage securely and even allowed facility use post-checkout, a definite plus.

the gym was basic. it could use a little more tlc, though it sufficed for a holiday workout.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach. It made it easy to enjoy the ocean. The cleanliness was really good throughout the rooms and common areas. I thought the dining options were varied. The schedule included both à la carte and buffet dinners.

The gym needed some attention. It had a couple of walking machines and some weights. I found the tv reception to be poor. I wanted to watch the news, but it was difficult.

The staff were so helpful and polite throughout my stay, i appreciated their fast responses on whatsapp whenever i had a question! breakfast was nice. They arranged a lovely honeymoon decoration in my beach front room. an early check-in was also appreciated. It made settling in much easier.

i noticed a bad smell in the room and also it was not sound proofed, so noise from the next room was easily heard. there was no hot water which was a bit inconvenient
