The staff provided good service. the rooms were spacious and clean. the rooftop bar offered great views. the hotel location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants. i enjoyed the spacious storing possibilities. It was helpful for my longer stay. housekeeping promptly helped with my requests. the hotel's atmosphere was relaxed. we loved the rooftop bar at sunset. watching the bats fly out into the bay was nice. it was a cool sight.

the breakfast buffet had fresh fruit and an omelet bar. fresh coconut water was even served in coconuts. dinner offered great presentation and flavors. the palm restaurant has smart team members, who know what you need before you speak.

Really good Hotel Experience

elegant hotel supportive staff great amenities full workout

I found the hotel very elegant. It is only 30 minutes from the airport, so travel was simple. I felt the staff were professional and always supportive. The gym has great amenities and equipment for a full workout.

The initial check-in had a minor delay. Streamlining could improve the arrival process for late guests.

Service needs attention, SOME aspects acceptable

low a c dirty blanket

The food was excellent.

The air conditioning was TOO low. The team could not resolve it. I became sick, and when I requested a blanket, it took hours to arrive in the middle of the NIGHT because the room was freezing. THE blanket ended up being dirty and smelly.
