The staff offered a complimentary upgrade to a private pool room. I found the hotel located near a quiet green area. This resulted in a very peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast provided a wide variety of options.

the breakfast was of good quality and tasty (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the staff was very attentive and helpful. i found the room cleaning to be superb, it was constantly cleaned. the staff's attitude was very good, a great hotel overall.

unfortunately, the checkout was a bit disappointing. i also requested a taxi, but a private car arrived instead.

The hotel's location was acceptable. It provided easy access to nearby restaurants.

My room was not properly cleaned on one day. i found strands of hair on the bathroom floor, it was quite unpleasant. the air conditioning was also quite noisy. I had difficulty sleeping as it rattled intermittently throughout the night.

i was upgraded to a superior double pool view room upon arrival. the room was clean. breakfast offered many choices, including fresh pastries and fruit (i loved the croissants!).

the mini fridge in my room made a slight humming noise at night. this was a minor disturbance to my otherwise peaceful sleep.

the staff remembered my name, a lovely personal touch. they promptly arranged transportation and offered helpful advice on local attractions. the reception area was always staffed and efficient.
