Location is great. It is opposite the palace. The room upgrade gave us a better view of the palace, so that was really good. Underground parking. Breakfast had good choices.

the staff was very friendly and efficient. i found the location superb, especially since it is situated in a beautiful area (i enjoyed being so close to key attractions). the breakfast selection offered many choices. it was a delight to find such top-class facilities available to guests.
i noticed slight noise issues with the air conditioning unit in the room.

the staff are super nice. they gave service with a smile. the on site parking are so useful. it made my travels very easy. the room was very comfortable i had a good night. i especially enjoyed the steamer to iron my clothes!
the bedrooms are very gloomy i didnt like it. the beds felt really hard my body ached. there was little atmosphere in the entire hotel i was like i was alone. the menu in the restaurant was poor everything was average.

perfect locationdirty bathroommissing atmosphere
the location across from the palace was acceptable i suppose
the bathroom wasn't clean upon my arrival i actually had to clean it myself which was ridiculous especially since i paid extra to bring my dog the sink had hair everywhere from someone shaving before me. the hotel also lacked atmosphere it just was like a soulless building with no real charm or character. i expect more for my money
