Excellent Palace Proximity
great location palace view easy stay good breakfast
Location is great. It is opposite the palace. The room upgrade gave us a better view of the palace, so that was really good. Underground parking. Breakfast had good choices.
The bedroom feel a little dark.

excellent location and helpful staff
efficient service superb location great breakfast
the staff was very friendly and efficient. i found the location superb, especially since it is situated in a beautiful area (i enjoyed being so close to key attractions). the breakfast selection offered many choices. it was a delight to find such top-class facilities available to guests.
i noticed slight noise issues with the air conditioning unit in the room.

on site parking comfortable room clothes steamer gloomy bedroom hard bed poor menu
the staff are super nice. they gave service with a smile. the on site parking are so useful. it made my travels very easy. the room was very comfortable i had a good night. i especially enjoyed the steamer to iron my clothes!
the bedrooms are very gloomy i didnt like it. the beds felt really hard my body ached. there was little atmosphere in the entire hotel i was like i was alone. the menu in the restaurant was poor everything was average.

mediocre stay near the palace
dirty bathroom missing atmosphere
the location across from the palace was acceptable i suppose
the bathroom wasn't clean upon my arrival i actually had to clean it myself which was ridiculous especially since i paid extra to bring my dog the sink had hair everywhere from someone shaving before me. the hotel also lacked atmosphere it just reminded me of a soulless building with no real charm or character. i expect more for my money
