Our connecting family villa was spacious. It had good beds and great AC! The facilities, pools, and spa service were super nice! It was relaxing, quiet, and the location was great. Every day we used the complimentary bikes to go to town or the beach. We booked four nights, but loved it so much. We added one more!
The shower temperature was sometimes cold. That affected me! Our check-in and check-out staff was the same, but the check-out staff was terrible. They acted that way probably because we were leaving!

they are always pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. they provided excellent customer service. the shuttle bus to and from the silk beach club and the town center was an added bonus. our room was a trendy duplex suite. it was spacious and very clean. it also had excellent facilities.
