The staff provided water bottles by the pool. The lobby bar created great cocktails. I loved the amazing view from the top of the building. I found the hotel easy to access.

The approach road to the hotel requires a bit of navigation.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . the breakfast buffet had a tasty selection of muesli. ashok was very knowledgeable and helped when a rickshaw driver would not take cash (that was very thoughtful).

the hotel is listed as a five-star hotel but, in my opinion, it felt more like a four-star hotel.

the service, it was the best i ever had in a hotel. the front desk staff helped a lot with transport arrangements, I even had parcels arrive. the bartender by the pool checked on my daughter when i went back to the room.

also i think it is better categorized as a four-star hotel not a five-star hotel.
