My stay had some nice aspects. The free shuttle was quick and reliable, a very useful thing. Staff were helpful, they answered my questions fast. The breakfast buffet included many options and pine nuts also, what a charming surprise.
The air conditioning didn't work well . This did make the room less comfy, I hope they fix it soon.

They provided directions for public transport to the hotel after a flight delay. the staff also supplied dental kits when we had luggage issues. It was very useful. dining at le chalet was very good with manager eugene offering good service.
the hotel rooms could use some updating, as there were not many powerpoints.
