missing tissuesno compensation
the receptionist offered no tissues when my wife was visibly upset this made things worse the staff member even asked us to not leave a bad review it felt dismissive i also overheard other guests complaining about the lack of windows and ventilation in their rooms we received no compensation for the issues we experienced with a night in the hospital due to mold toxicity.

The staff assisted with crossing streets near the hotel. I appreciated their attentiveness. the rooftop bar offered a fantastic view. i found the amenities provided were of a high standard.
I noticed a lack of variety in dishes at the restaurant. It was slightly disappointing. the selection could be more extensive to satisfy different tastes.

The front desk staff was kind and informative! They offered tea with treats upon arrival. It was welcome after travel. The room was spacious. The rooftop bar is beautiful.
The rooms are relatively small. The connecting room had no windows, it resulted in a lack of light. The pool is small. It is designed for very few people.

the staff were very friendly.
my first impression was the large and luxurious lobby, but the room was very small and stuffy. my room didn't even have a bathroom door. imagine if you were with friends and you were lying on the bed while your friend was going number 2 in the toilet, funny.
