warm greeting fast response tasty spring rolls

The staff greeted me warmly and provided fast email responses. I received helpful recommendations. The manager and receptionist displayed GREAT hospitality EVERY day. Breakfast included tasty Vietnamese spring rolls. The hotel gifted me coffee and a coffee pot. IT was UNEXPECTED.

really good service and modern comfort!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted me with everything i needed. the room featured a comfortable bed and a good shower. It was nice. breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. i would definitely stay again.

The location is convenient for exploring the old quarter. Though it got very loud at night. i stayed on level 7 in a luxury room and could still hear street noise very late.

The breakfast included beef pho. It was a highlight. the rooftop bar hosted a live music event. It offered a special experience for a limited time, it was good.

the location provided easy access to local eateries and attractions everything was within a short walk the staff offered really good service and promptly addressed any questions i had the room was very clean and well maintained with modern amenities

The staff assisted with check-in efficiently! they also gave helpful advice for city exploration. The hotel is on a quieter street! it is near tourist attractions. the room was clean. It was very pleasant.

The noise from the streets could be heard late into the night. I was on level seven.

plentiful breakfast breakfast options inconsistent water pressure shower temperature

the breakfast options were plentiful it suited most needs very well

i encountered an issue with the shower the temperature fluctuated wildly from scalding hot to freezing cold making it difficult to have a comfortable shower the water pressure was also inconsistent at times
