Romantic Getaway Near the Sea

Bastian checked me in. He was courteous and helpful. Underground parking provided very secure space for my vehicle. The bar had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere perfect for an evening drink.

Champagne ran out after my first glass and wasn't available for the rest of our stay.

the staff were so friendly. i easily checked in early with their help. the breakfast had quality stock. i saw a sunset view from my room. the toiletries was also nice. i really liked the shower quality. the staff were efficient. i found the hotel modern. the parking was safe.

i did wait a acceptable time to get one. sometimes housekeeping used it and there were no space for me.

a mixed stay

constant fanloud noise

I was really bothered by a few things. the bathroom fan ran constantly. It was quite distracting. also, there was this loud banging noise during the last night. The wind was strong, so i think something was loose on the roof. it made sleeping very difficult. I found it really disruptive.

poor climate control

they seemed small and were often full because of housekeeping using them, so i had to wait far too long. the room temperature was also uncomfortable. i asked about the air conditioning, but the receptionist said it wouldn't work because the outside temperature was too low and only a small window could be opened. these issues significantly impacted my stay.

the location was convenient for transport links.

The room temperature control was faulty. I could not adjust it. the room was too hot at night, so i had to open the window. also, the receptionist seemed dismissive when i inquired about parking. the staff directed me to a public area several blocks away and it was late.
