The hotel has original features in the lobby. The decoration creates a warm feel. The room was very clean. It was also quiet. The breakfast had good variety.

The staff demonstrated helpful and caring attitudes . Their communication skills are amazing. Staff members showed pride in their appearance. I appreciated their style. They accommodated my need to keep my luggage on the last day.

mixed experience due to room quality
My room did not match expectations. It felt dated. the brown carpets and old tile gave the impression of a low-class motel. staff interactions were also problematic. I found some employees condescending when i asked simple questions.

really good service receive
helpful staff surprise kitchen modern styling victoria features
the staff at the front desk allow i to keep my luggage after checking out. i need to go to the hospital to visit a friend and this help me a lot. my room include a kitchen, which i was surprise to see. the building retain victoria era features and i like how it meets modern styling.
the lighting on the stairs were very dim, and i found it challenging walking at night. i wish there was more light on the staircase.
