generally adequate stay

central location attentive service poor air conditioning rude director

the location is very central for seeing things. i walked everywhere i wanted to go. the roof terrace area is also nice. bar service up there was attentive even when i was the only one and they had to bring drinks from 5 floors below.

my room was not good. the air conditioning didnt work right. i found the hotel director who is in charge of the other hotels was rude. i asked at checkout about compensation but he did not agree.

dark room unrepleished water

the room i had was excessively dark. even with all the lights switched on, it felt as if i were in near total darkness. this made the room quite uncomfortable. additionally, the water was not replenished . it is something i never encounter in establishments of this alleged category.

My stay wasn't the best. there was no hot water on some nights. it meant i couldn't shower properly, and that's not what i expect. also, the breakfast wasn't great. The egg dishes tasted bland, a real disappointment.

the location was central for my city exploration. i had a beautiful ROOM it included a minibar, a safe, and fast wifi. i found the reception to be helpful with directions and recommendations. there are several good restaurants within a short walk from the door.

the gym, while functional, offered somewhat limited equipment. it wasn't a major issue, but some extra machines would improve it.

front desk, showing me highlights of the city center on a map. my room was super clean and very comfortable. the rooftop view was lovely, i could see all the landmarks. luis, the concierge, was both friendly and really helpful. this hotel has great staff, helpful front desk, rooftop view, friendly concierge.

i noted a small issue, the air conditioning had temperature fluctuations, i had to adjust it several times.

The room was excellent it was spacious and clean. Staff were ready to assist anytime I required assistance. The location was great it was near the cathedral. The rooftop terrace was very cool and quiet.
