soft linens indoor pool multiple options

The location was very good! the room was cleaned daily and the linens felt very soft. the spa stood out. It featured an indoor pool. breakfast included many options.

Fantastic Experience!

upscale furnishing clothes steamer nespresso machine equipped gym

This hotel is upscale and furnished luxuriously. I found a hair iron and a clothes steamer, in addition to the hair dryer. The Nespresso coffee machine was certainly a nice addition to my room. The gym is fully equipped. I really appreciated that!

The light from the nearby mall was quite bright at night. This made the room not so dark.

The spa center features a cave-like indoor pool. It is gorgeous! The gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines, giving guests ample workout options. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool decks that overlook the sea. The views are amazing.

My room included lip balm, hand cream, and a body weight scale! I also enjoyed the large balcony that featured clean, new furniture. A garment steamer, hair dryer, and hair iron were all provided. These were new and super clean.

friendly staff excellent cleanliness loud neighborhood outside noise

The staff was so friendly and helpful, honestly amazing. i also really loved how new and clean everything was. The cleanliness was excellent!!!

The neighborhood was a bit loud. It reminded me of a party district. the noise from outside events affected my sleep. It was pretty disruptive

fine materials meticulous care sea view indoor pool

The suite was tastefully decorated with fine materials, such elegance everywhere i looked. maris and her team provided meticulous care. Every request was handled with such grace. the sea view from the room was worth it. Waking up to that sight was magical. the spa captivated me. The indoor pool has amazing beauty.

the light from the nearby mall slightly dimmed the otherwise perfect ambiance at night (still, i found ways to make it romantic).

some disappointments

light pollution noise from the bar

the staff in all areas of the hotel was good.

the noise from a nearby bar ruined my sleep. there was light pollution too and i couldn't sleep well at all. this spoiled what could have been a good experience.

complicated route broken air conditioner

The route to my residence was complicated. I found it quite confusing. The air conditioner did not work well when I entered, so I had to call for workmen with a ladder to fix it. I wish the hotel had better signage. And that the air conditioner was working properly. Before my arrival.

breakfast choices hair straightener

the breakfast buffet offered extensive choices. also, i found a hair straightener inside the room, a nice touch i was not expecting.

the route from the main entrance to the residences seemed a little confusing and complicated.
