the location was indeed good, close to main attractions.

the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, forcing the hotel to provide two large fans. these fans were quite loud (a constant whirring noise) and disrupted my sleep for several nights. despite informing the front desk daily, they insisted the air conditioning was functioning and didn't offer a room change until i pushed the issue. there was also no assistance offered with luggage during check-in.
