the staff was friendly and remembered my sister's gluten intolerance, offering suitable options. i thought the food was excellent and the menu changed daily. a special mention goes to chiro, our taxi driver he helped us a lot. i also liked the free wifi in the room.

i noticed minor signs the bathroom might need a refresh soon, and the restaurant could open slightly earlier.

The reception staff were really cute. they spoke english. the hotel has a pool that is a real advantage. It was open . one staff member, he began with d, gave us a menu at the pool and helped with train information.

The breakfast selection offered a generous variety of options. The dinner service included delicious appetizers, served while I waited for my pasta (they had brought me the incorrect order!). I found the waiting staff perfect, and the rooftop bar gave amazing views.

The pool looked great but it remains closed from October until June. I think the hotel should consider to extend the pool opening times.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable on various subjects. They assisted with arranging pickup for a walk to the Mt Vesuvius summit. I am GRATEFUL for the kind and efficient service.

The shower was somewhat small, and it had a slight leak.
