i chose this hotel because of its proximity to various attractions. it is a short walk to the arc de triomphe. the staff was very friendly and willing to help with any requests i had. the high-quality linen on the bed was a pleasant touch.

the toilet had a slightly strange position in the bathroom (it was placed at an angle).

The staff displayed kindness. The front desk provided efficient service. My room included a Nespresso machine. I also found a plentiful supply of toiletries. The bed offered great comfort. The location was very close to attractions. I could easily walk to the Champs Élysées. The hotel ensured a seamless experience. I appreciated the hotel's attention to detail. Fresh towels arrived daily. Turndown service was a plus. Housekeeping kept everything super clean. I valued the provision of bottled water, replenished daily. It was SO refreshing after walking around all day. Breakfast had delicious pastries. The croissants were buttery and flaky. The dining area was well kept and clean. I noticed the quick service each morning. Staff accommodated all requests immediately. The coffee was GREAT too!!! I found the hotel quiet, made sleep easy. I also appreciated the blackout curtains.

The elevator got a little slow during peak hours. This was a minor inconvenience.

stained carpets blocked view

i stayed in a beautiful double room and i noticed the carpets had some stains it was a bit off-putting. the staff did not seem too concerned when i mentioned the carpet stain they stated all beautiful rooms are like that i felt unheard.
