good buffetpoor air conditioningbad singers
the all-inclusive buffet had a good variety of choices.
I was disappointed that the room's air conditioning was not working properly during the day (it was quite hot inside!). i found out they shut it off to save energy, and the staff told me they were trying to repair the problem. It felt misleading. also, the evening music by the pool bar was not to my taste (the singers seemed pretty bad).

I had a really good time. the service was excellent (especially around the pool). the room was spacious and very clean. my son enjoyed the football camp. The coaching was great. my daughter was especially impressed by 'the garage.
i was advised that a beach bag would be delivered to my room. sadly, this did not happen. it would have been useful for carrying essentials.

the guest relations team was super helpful and friendly. staff ensured requests were handled quickly. the all-inclusive package worked very well and the resort staff always greeted me with a smile.

the resort was very clean with many activities available for all ages. nightly entertainment included different shows and live bands from around the world. the pools are huge and the beach has fine sand.

the quality and variety of food is amazing. the buffet offered changes to main dishes. lamb, fish, and seafood options were plentiful. i liked the asian a la carte restaurant.

the location provides easy access to various activities for the whole family. the hotel is surrounded by greenery. the beach has only few pebbles at the entrance in the sea, which i appreciated.
