The food was acceptable. Nothing to write home about, but it met basic expectations.
The check-in process was a mess. I booked one room type, but got another initially! It took some effort to get the correct room. Then, the room was not cleaned properly. I found birthday decorations and cake remnants from a previous guest. The staff apologized, but that's all

The lounge staff were attentive. Aditya, Ruby and Moin, displayed both politeness and care! Housekeeping was superb! The breakfast team delivered great service! I look forward to my next visit here.

The breakfast buffet had many choices.
The room I booked wasn't ready. I got a different room type first and had to show my email to get the right one. The room was not cleaned properly and still had someone else's birthday decorations. I only got a simple apology after I complained. That was disappointing.
