the staff was friendly. the food was really good in the restaurant! i even enjoyed the in-room dining experience. the team upgraded our room package, too.

the ac did not work properly. it barely cooled the room. we booked an airport pickup that did not show up. the walls seemed thin, so we could hear noise from the neighbors.
