Really good Service and Modern Design

The service was really good and the staff was very friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me. The food was also delicious. I found everything at the highest level.

The hotel team made me uncomfortable with reminders about fees for losing a towel. They also talked about the deposit, and how to order amenities. I came there to relax, but the conversations focused too much on money. The hotel must change this policy.

The hotel sits a short distance from Boat Avenue with numerous restaurants. It is also across the road from the beach, which makes it ideal for beach access. The resort offers free parking who rent scooters or cars.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, including both asian and international dishes. The quality was really good. i appreciated that the hotel provided mats and towels for beach visits. our room had good quality amenities. facilities are modern.

the corridor lacked air conditioning, making the walk back to the room feel quite humid.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I found thai, chinese and european options. the rooms were cleaned daily and i appreciated that the pool area was always tidy.

The staff's english wasn't great. This caused a few communication issues. the hotel seemed to focus on russian tourists, which affected the general atmosphere..

The staff was attentive. Daily room cleaning was performed. the pool area was always tidy. breakfasts were also excellent. I found the rooms spacious, with a beautiful view of the pool, it was very relaxing. the room was nice and neat!

The hotel is slightly remote. Taxis took a long time to arrive and were quite expensive!
