The noise was excessive. i could hear music from nearby venues until late at night. also, the room service was slow. It took over an hour to get a simple order of drinks. Applying, twice.

The buffet offered plenty of variety. I found something new EVERY day. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, especially at the pool bar. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the resort. The beach access was convenient, I could walk from my room to the sand in minutes.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes SLOW during peak hours.

the hotel's grounds are really beautiful. i enjoyed taking an evening walk on the nice promenade outside the hotel. the swimming pool and hamam are very good, clean and inviting. i particularly loved the detox corner. the celery juice was very refreshing.

the minibar refills occurred early some mornings. i was sometimes still asleep.

The hotel has a large waterpark that is a lot of fun. However it can be challenging to find a vacant lounger. there is a nice show with dancing and music that is held in the large square. i found it excellent.

Guest relations tried their best to meet expectations. They changed the mattress in my room when i requested. the animation team was very good, especially hassan, who was always smiling. he kept me company when i played tennis.

the safe in my terrace standard room did not work, quite inconvenient. i had to carry my valuables with me all the time. also, the air conditioning was not powerful ENOUGH, and it struggled to keep the room cool during the day. it made it difficult to relax in the room during the hottest hours.
