i found the hotel rooms to be spacious and clean . i particularly enjoyed the variety of food offered with numerous choices available. the entertainment team provided interesting shows and kept guests entertained throughout the stay.

i noticed that the swimming pool lacked available sun beds. guests often reserved sun beds early, made finding one difficult.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!

The food selection was amazing. The water park offered loads of fun. My room was very nice and neat. The private beach access was super convenient. I really enjoyed the water slides at the swimming pools (they're pretty awesome!). The endless food options available both day and night were great, especially for families with kids. The shows were amazing every evening at the amphitheater, I didn't want to miss them. I found the staff to be friendly and cute, especially the staff at the water park.

I thought the room service was a little slow.

The buffet provides a wide array of choices. Meals are accessible at various times (which is quite convenient). The quality of food is high, and many options are available. I particularly enjoyed the pastries and fresh bread.

The staff is responsive and address requests promptly. The personnel is very friendly, so I asked for an additional blanket and it was brought immediately. I did not have any issues that were not resolved quickly and professionally.

The rooms are clean, well kept, and have a nice design. Our room included a fully stocked mini-bar replenished daily. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower.

The hotel has a private beach area with many activities offered. Multiple pools ensure there is plenty of space for everyone. The location is great, providing easy access to nearby attractions (including an aquapark!).

I stayed in a superior room sea side view. the beach had plenty of sunbeds available. Finding a spot was easy. there was a wide selection of food in the restaurants and pool bars.

the gym equipment looked slightly worn.
