the gym and sauna WERE really good.

the food selection was a HUGE problem. I ordered sweet potato fries, BUT they were thick and uncooked. Some of the front office staff seemed rude.

mixed feelings about my stay

poor resolution broken ac

the gym had nice equipment. i found this to be acceptable.

the rooms were fine initially, but i reported that the ac in my room was not working a total of three times. i received little resolution, despite talking to multiple staff members. i was told different things each time, and eventually, after moving rooms that were no better, i gave up.
