Really good Hospitality and Nice Stay!

The thatched cabanas provided an amazing experience with relaxing views and naturally cooled accommodation. The hotel clearly prioritized environmental sustainability. Christmas Eve was lovely with a special dinner, gifts for children, and carols. I must commend Manager Hafi and receptionist Jehan for embodying true hospitality. Jehan even expressed genuine concern after learning about our car accident.

I noticed a few stray dogs around the hotel. They sometimes barked at night, seemingly disturbed by other passing dogs.

green watermissing refund

The pool was not clean. The water was green. also, i noticed a number of cracks and my kids hurt themselves a few times. despite contacting the staff about a refund, i have not received it. it's frustrating to pay for access to facilities i couldn't use.
