The hotel location is quite convenient, especially with the airport shuttle right outside. The shuttle made my early morning departure stress-free. Electronic check-in was efficient. I appreciated that I could handle everything quickly upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions.

The room WAS neat. They clean it daily AND replace sheets. The receptionist is sweet. SHE made sure everything was ok. SHE really cares.

The breakfast was stale. SOME breads, SOME cereals tasted stale. Other hotels WERE slightly more expensive, BUT offered a MUCH better experience.

The receptionist was quite helpful. SHE addressed questions politely. SHE also provided CLEAR directions and assistance with transportation. The staff ensured every need WAS met, offering personalized care.
