late pool comfortable bed attentive hotel small room cranky noises poor soundproofing

The pool was open until late. I could chill there with drinks after a day out. This hotel thinks of everything. The bed is VERY comfortable. It was hard to get out of.

The room I got was very small. It had NO view, just like a storeroom. The music from the reception area was continuously audible. The doors were not soundproofed. My baby couldn't sleep properly because of the cranky noises from FAKE announcements.

the restaurant provided an excellent spread, prepared by chef karan kohli.

I found hair and dirt on the floor upon entering my room. I am still awaiting a refund. there were rarely clean bowls or coffee cups at breakfast. Vegan milk required repeated requests.

Wonderful Experience!

My stay included welcome and departure drinks. A very nice touch indeed. I liked the two beautiful swimming pools. Both were refreshing. The gym had equipment that allowed for a good workout. I appreciated the warmth shown by the staff .

The hotel rooms, while lovely, seemed rather small for a hotel with such a high rating. I think larger rooms would greatly enhance the experience .

The staff were very hospitable, accommodating even minor requirements guests had, something appreciated. The team seemed genuinely interested in. I felt welcome throughout my time there.

The hotel has a superb location, it is central for many activities, this makes exploring easy. The beach is only a short walk, nice for easy access to the sea and sand. I found this to be very convenient.

Lovely Stay!

perfect location similar vibe swim-up stools

The hotel is in the center. It is opposite Tito's lane. The location proved perfect for my partying needs. I had an easy walk to the beach and Britto's restaurant! The staff created a similar vibe to Tito's lane with welcome shots, Patrao's bar, a BBQ menu by the pool, and swim-up stools. I enjoyed an aperol spritz by the pool and kept the party going!

attentive staff complimentary mini bar lovely balcony efficient room service

the staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay i appreciated the complimentary mini bar which was restocked daily my room had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area which was great. i was also pleased with the quick and efficient room service i encountered.

i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in my room it was only cosmetic and did not affect my overall comfort.
