the staff was excellent and competent.

The airport shuttle is not complimentary. It runs infrequently to terminal 3 for a fee of 7 euros per person. a taxi was necessary since i needed terminal 2, that increased the cost. it is quite a distance from the airport, and restaurant options are limited.

the reception provided seamless check-in and was helpful with questions i had my room was fully stocked with coffee tea and modern kitchen appliances the bathroom was super clean with updated fixtures the hotel is a quick taxi ride to the terminal making flight connections stress-free the breakfast buffet included yogurts baked goods smoked salmon ham eggs fruits pancakes cereals and many coffee options the variety was excellent it was one of the best breakfast buffets i have experienced the international staff was helpful despite some reviews i read the staff in the restaurant was attentive even when busy the parking was open air and free
